Methods of Sending and Receiving products

The products of our company are sent all over Greece and are safely delivered to the address that you will set within 2-3 working days depending on the availability of the product.

Delivery times are indicative and can vary depending on conditions such as strikes or extreme weather events. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery times.

The shipment is made with:

* Geniki Taxidromiki. The product is delivered to the address you have stated.

* Collection from the ForBikes store in Ptolemaida. Any of your orders, you can receive it completely free of charge from our physical store in Ptolemaida (Konstantinou Kanari 2), after informing us by relevant e-mail or by phone.

1. Bank deposit

Make your payments directly to our bank account. Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the amount is cleared in our account.

2. Cash on delivery

The possibility of cash on delivery is provided only if your order is delivered by courier. In the case of cash on delivery, you pay directly to the courier company representative upon receipt of your order. Cash on delivery service costs € 1 and an additional € 1 per kilo.

3. Payment at the store

Upon receipt of the order from the store, you can pay directly there either by cash or by credit card.

4. Payment via PayPal

You can pay for your order through your Paypal account. The payment process through PayPal is fully automated and during it no personal information is stored on our website.

5. Payment by credit / debit / prepaid

Transportation costs

The cost of transporting the products is as follows:

* 3,5 € for packages up to 2 kg and for each kilo additional 0,80 € (Prices do not include VAT)

Delivery time

Delivery time: 2-3 working days

Your order may be delayed in the following cases:

* Our supplier has delayed the shipment of the product

* In case of extreme weather events or strikes

Return Policy

Based on the best possible service, our store gives you the opportunity to change or return the product you bought from our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of invoicing. The time period is calculated between the day of invoicing to the customer and the day of arrival of the returned product to the company.

The product should not have been used. In addition, its packaging must not have been opened, worn or damaged. The product should be accompanied by all the contents of the package, such as accessories, manuals and more. Upon receipt of the returned product, the company will check its condition and packaging. If all the terms and conditions are met, she will give her approval to complete the process.

The product must be accompanied by the relevant purchase document which proves the transaction (Retail Receipt or Delivery Note). Otherwise no refund is possible.

Refunds are only accepted if the product is not available.

The product must be delivered to our facilities. The shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the buyer. Exception is the case where the product is returned due to shipping error or defective product by us. Our store has special agreements with transport companies and courier companies and we can arrange the receipt of the product from your place with very low charges.

You should contact us by phone (tel .: 2463022326) to indicate the reasons for change or return so that you have our consent for the return. We reserve the right not to accept product return if we have not been informed first.

For the correct return process, we suggest using a courier or transport service with a record of the status of the shipment. We can not take responsibility in case the returned product does not reach the delivery address and therefore it will not be possible to replace the product or refund. The customer is always responsible for sending the product.

Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Order cancellation

You place your order to be executed after completing all the steps and viewing the opposite

message message. The cancellation of the order can be done by phone, at 2463022326 stating the Name and Number of your Order. For orders already received by the courier or shipping company for shipment to the customer, can not be canceled.


Our products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. In order to provide the guarantee, the observance of the terms as they are mentioned in the manufacturer of each product as well as its purchase document will be examined.
