Delivery Information

The products of our company are sent all over Greece and are delivered safely to the address you will set within two to three working days depending on the offer of the product.

The products are delivered in their factory packaging (not assembled).

Delivery times are indicative and can vary depending on conditions such as strikes or extreme events. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery times.

The shipment is made with:

* Geniki Taxidromiki. The product is delivered to the address you have stated.

* Transport companies. The delivery of the products through a transport agency, takes place at the headquarters of the transport agency where they are received, after communication and consultation of the recipient with the transport agency. 

* Collection from the ForBikes store in Ptolemaida. Any of your orders, you can receive it completely free of charge from our physical store in Ptolemaida (2 Konstantinou Kanari Street), after informing us by relevant e-mail or by phone.

Transportation costs

The cost of transporting the products is as follows:

* Shipping of all orders has a cost of € 3.5 up to two kilos and an additional € 0.80 per kilo if it exceeds it (Prices do not include VAT).

Delivery time

Delivery time: 2-3 working days

Your order may be delayed in the following cases:

* Our supplier has delayed the shipment of the product

* In case of extreme weather events or strikes
